Villa Armonia is independent built up in a very quiet with panorama sea view locality of the wonderful Paramonas beach. It consists of one doublebed bedroom, one 2 single bedroom, WC/shower- and big verandas upstairs and big living room, kitchen, second WC jacuzzi bathroom, verandas with seaview, full A/C and all the rooms with SAT-TV. Near the kitchen also one BBQ is ready for use.
Outside jacuzzi near pool for 4-5 persons. - ACTIVITIES
Villa is ideal for nudist!! - SERVICES
Cleaning service we offer you minimum 3 times a week or more after arrangement.
In our service of course is included the very good offers, in case you wish to rent a car, we recommend you the delivery/redelivery from the airport without extra fees.
All the water sports (water ski, paraflying, diving school) you can find in about 6km away direct in Agios Gordis beach. Concerning the excursions, rent a car, Diving and the sailing, we would recommend you to come first in contact with us.

LOCATION INFORMATION |
| Located at the south west corner of the Mesis region, Agios Mattheos is an important village with a population of 1500, built on the lower slopes of the mountain of the same name. It is a village with great personality, fine traditional cafes line the main street and it has a philharmonic orchestra, founded in 1965 A huge, dense forest of oaks, fruit-bearing trees and wild olives encircles the village, and during the 19th century, fugitives from the law would hide out amongst the myrtles and lentisk shrubs. Near the summit stands the Monastery of Pantokrator (the Almighty), built at the start of the 4th century AD. Its remarkable all-night festival takes place on August 6th, and is well worth seeing. Nearby is the entrance to a cave which is said to lead down to the sea. The historical value of the place is undisputed, for here traces of Mesolithic Man have been found. From the village of Agios Mattheos, a road leads down to Paramonas, an excellent sandy beach with some small islets off-shore and two or three tavernas beside the waves. To the south are the clean and peaceful little beaches of Prasoudi, Kavouli, and Skidi, worth keeping in mind if you seek solitude during the peak season. |

22km from Corfu town center and the airport away. From the next nice village Agios Matheos is not more than 2km away. In Paramonas beach, 600m from the villa away, you can find one mini market and 4-5 Tavernas which mostly have to offer you nice fresh fish and other delicious local foods. |
