HOTEL OVERVIEW |

The house is located on the hillside beneath the village of Pelekas, 200 meters over Kontogialos beach, within easy distance of all sights over the island. The building it self is situated in an enclosed area of ten hectares among olive trees and beautiful gardens where is very quite and peaceful.
The view is breath-taken from all the areas of the house and its surroundings because of its unique location of Pelekas. Each apartment has one or two private balconies from where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and the green landscapes of Pelekas - Kontogialos.
The beach of Kontogialos is the most beautiful beach of the western side of Corfu and Pelekas. It is large with golden sand and is very well organized with beach-side restaurants, sun beds and sports facilities. The beach has been awarded with the blue flag. |

The Green Hill's Apartments and Studios are ideal for couples or for families with 2-4 children. The big and nice garden the quiet and good atmosphere of the house, the unique views to the sea, the nice sandy with the shallow water beach as well, will contribute to have an unforgettable holiday in Corfu Island. - SERVICES
The apartments are cleaned twice a week , towels replaced three times a week and linen replaced twice a week. Throughout its areas the biuilding adheres to high cleaning standards under the supervision of the owners.

LOCATION INFORMATION |
Pelekas can be found on the West coast of Corfu, just 12 kilometres west from Corfu (Kerkyra) town. It is a picturesque village set on a rocky hill (272 m. high,
500 inhabitants), whose summit according to the Corfiots say - is the best place to watch the sun go down. Just below the town you find Greenhill apartments.
The Village of Pelekas
There are several tavernas and cafes plus numerous shops and tourist agencies and a bus runs regularly to Pelekas beach from the main square. Not far from Pelekas in the Rope Valley is situated Corfu's excellent golf course.
Above the village is the Kaisers Lookout where Kaiser Wilhelm II frequently went to admire the spectacular sunsets off the west coast.
The majestic view from the peak incorporates not only the evergreen northern and eastern side of the island, the rugged south-west coast, but also where you can enjoy the magnificent setting sun, disappearing into the crystal clear Ionian sea.
Pelekas beaches
Pelekas beach (Kontogialos): It is a miniature of Glyfada beach with fine sand, and in the surrounding area there are wonderful tavernas & cafes. It features good watersport oppertunities. Sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent on the beach.
Glyfada beach: A long sandy beach with bars open all day, hotels, restaurants and lots of people, popular particularly with the young.
Gialiskari: A small bay full of pine trees leading right down to the seashore and the picturesque sandy beach and huge rocks at the opening of the bay, with a few tavernas.
Myrtiotissa: On the southern edge of the area bordering with Vatos is this beautiful beach surrounded by pine trees and rocks the perfect shelter for nudists and lovers of nature. |
