Built on two floors, with a mix of rustic and modern Niovi has real character and will captivate its visitors with its charm.

This idyllic one bedroomed house is conveniently located in a natural retreat and yet not far from the centre of resort or the sweeping golden sandy beach nearby. Allthough sharing this domain with four other villas (each having their own space and garden to relax) Niovi is set back and surrounded by beautifully matured gardens.

The shared swimming pool (11m x 7m) is surrounded by terrace and lawn, sunbeds and outdoor lounging furniture to relax and enjoy the scents from the abundance of flowers and fruit trees in the surrounding area.

    Ground Floor: Open plan fitted kitchen with microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer and dining facilities. Sitting area with sofa, table and t.v.

    Shower: Shower room with washbasin w.c.

    Upper Floor: Attic bedroom with sloping roof, twin beds, a/c and safe.

    Exterior of the Villa: The gardens surrounding the villa are private and are lush with beautifully matured plants, flowers and trees. The owner takes great pride in his garden and will delight in sharing fruits of the season with his residents.

    All prices shown on our website are the weekly property rental and are not per person prices. Included in the weekly property rental:

    • Initial starter food pack
    • Maid service 3 times weekly
    • Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels changed twice weekly
    • Sole use of the property
    • Sole use of a private swimming pool or shared as per villa description
    • Inclusive of water, electricity and air conditioning costs

LOCATION INFORMATION
St. Georges Bay situated on the South West coast of the island, unlike some of the larger resorts has remained untouched by commercialism. It boasts 5 klms of beautiful golden sand and stretches as far as the eye can see. Swimming here is divine and local watersports are available.

In resort there is a good selection of tavernas, shops minimarkets and bars.

Within a few minutes walk from the villa there is a little mini market which sells basic supplies

Recommend: A short drive will take you to some wonderful parts of the south west for example, Halicounas, Prassoudi and Ag Matheous, who all adorn fantastic sandy beaches with excellent sea front fish tavernas. Alternatively drive over to the south east coast to Boukari or Petriti where the fishing caiques bring their catch of the day and you can sample some of the best fresh fish and local wine on the island.
