Area: Perama is situated in the centre of the island, at its Eastern part (Longitude 19.9133 Latitude 39.5801). From here you can easily visit the whole island since we are located at the most central spot. Perama is a very green area ideal for sallies. It is here which the famous English writer/poet/naturalist Gerald Durrell chose to stay and explore. In Perama you will find restaurants, bars, cafeterias, mini-markets and car/motor bike hire rental agencies

Sights: Vlaherena monastery, Pontikonissi, King Kaizers Bridge, Chalikiopoulos natura protected lagoon, Achillion palace and Benitses traditional fish village are all at a walking distance (10-45 minutes walk). Some of them are accessible through paths to combine the visit with an unforgettable walk. If you are lucky you will find hidden sea caves, a French war cemetery, Greek ancient monuments, Roman ancient monuments and English monuments
