The peace, tranquility and frendliness of the hotel. The staff are brilliant - they will try their best to fulfill every reasonable need of the guests.

The arrival of un controlled children - unfortunately something that is beyond the control of the hotel but thankfully rare!

The cleanliness was brilliant, the lift down to the beach was good, the food excellent. Close to Corfu Town.

What you do not mention is that the airport is right next to the hotel and as flights come in at night it sounds like the plane is coming right through your room !!!! This makes it impossible to sleep

Great hotel and friendly staff, view from room was outstanding. We have booked again for September

We really liked the Corfu Palace and have only one suggestion, we stayed on the 30th March for 3 nights and with the weather being so good it would have been nice to have breakfast outside on the wonderful terrace.

the staff were first class as was the food however it was a bit too dear , rooms could do with some upgrading and the chairs onthe balcony were rather uncomfortable , to reach the old town you have to walk up a rather steep incline not good if you have mobility issues

The friendliness of the staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were all so friendly and helpful. I also liked the pool area and beautiful surrounding gardens. Finally, the food was also excellent.

I missed the small shop which was handy.

The attitude of the staff, the food, the view, the location . . . this list could go on and on.

The dated electronic capcbility. TV was an older generation, the radio could well be an antique, no in-room computer capability.

We were bowled over by the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is in the most beautiful position Without doubt the finest hotel in Corfu. Our stay was wonderful It is grand but charming at the same time with clients that return time after time. The most famous being Betty a very elegant lady that we met a the managers weekly cocktail party. She had been over 50 times. We will definately be returning

The bedrooms were in need of a face lift but we were informed it was closing this winter to alow refurbushing. It will then be perfection
