Each house is 105 m² and the garden that surrounds it ranges from 350 m² to 1400 m². They are two-level houses, comprising of the ground floor, where a big kitchen is to be found along with a big living room with a fire place, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead us to the first floor, where there is a master bedroom and a big bathroom. On the first floor there is a 16 m² internal balcony overlooking the living room, which can be used as a study or as a secondary living room.

The wooden roof can be seen from inside. There is heating installation and air condition units to every room.
